The Critical Path Group welcomes the newest member of its growing team, Bill West, CITT.
Bill has an extensive Sales/Operations background in the Logistics field including Third Party Logistics, Transportation, Project, and Distribution Management with experience in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical, Transportation, Retail, Manufacturing and Utility Industries.
Prior to Critical Path Bill was with a 3PL Healthcare provider where he oversaw the Logistics business unit as well as managed the Transportation component of an SCE software installation. He has also held the position of Logistics Manager at a firm specializing in manufacturing facilitation. Bill was also was a senior Sales Executive at one Canada’s largest transportation providers.
Bill has led many initiatives in the Logistics field including designing and implementing intra-US distribution systems, profitability enhancements through consensus building and tailored Logistics’ metrics. Bill's academic background is business with a Marketing major, and he obtained his CITT designation in 2006.

happy to welcome back Joanne Hurd, GM after
her maternity leave. Although happy to be
back Joanne does miss her beautiful daughter
Dayna. She has taught Dayna how to stay in
touch while she is at work as the picture

E-INVOICING TAKES FLIGHT!
At Critical Path we take pride in being
industry leaders and adopting progressive
environmental standards and practices that
demonstrate our commitment to corporate
social responsibility. We are constantly
evolving the way we build our systems, and
manage our fleet, looking for innovative
ways to reduce our carbon footprint and
minimize our impact on the planet.
With this in mind we have developed a module
within our current on-line technology that
will allow for paperless transactions, from
order entry, to tracking to remittance, all
accessible at your fingertips when you want
it.
We have been testing this process with some
pre selected partners over the course of the
last number of weeks. We are very pleased
with the results, both from an operations
and customer service standpoint. Based on
these results we are ready to roll this out
through our partner network. Over the next
number of weeks you will receive
communications that will highlight in more
detail the simple process to access all of
your pertinent information, when you want
it.
This process is a simple interactive module.
All of your information can be accessed
through a three step process.
1. To access the online order system go to
www.criticalpath.ca > Order System.
2. At the log-in page, enter your account
number, your Web ID:, and your temporary
password:. You can change your password at
any time in the Admin area of the system.
There is a tutorial posted on the site to
help guide you through the order process. In
addition to placing orders and producing
waybills, the online system also provides
you with tools to track and trace your
current orders, search history orders, view
your invoices, and create and manage other
users on your account.
3. Our system will notify you by email when
an invoice has been issued. All Invoices are
also posted on your online account under
Reports.
