As you are aware the new Swine flu that is affecting parts of Mexico, United States and Canada is being described by the World Health Organization as "a public health emergency of international concern." This has prompted Critical Path to initiate it's first level of Pandemic readiness to ensure we continue to keep our team healthy and provide our best in class service without any interruption thru this time.

In recent days we have seen increased cases being reported by the media throughout Ontario and Canada.

Therefore, we will continue to implement our driver ready program. This program allows our drivers and internal teams to access current information regarding swine flu thru our partner Pandemic 101, we have armed our team with knowledge of symptoms and on the mandatory procedure of washing their hands with supplied hand sanitizer after each touch point and activated an operating procedure where if any one of our team falls ill with related symptoms they are obligated to report to the Critical Path and refrain from providing their services until given a clean bill of health.
